The Program

You must meet 3 of the 4 criteria below:

1. Earn less than 400% of the federal poverty level. For an individual 400% is $51,520.
2. Have a conviction for marijuana possession or marijuana paraphernalia.
3. Have a close relative with a marijuana related conviction.
4. Live in a specific part of Arizona.

This time next year you could be running your very own adult-use marijuana dispensary!

Arizona requires applicants to complete training on owning a dispensary by November 17, 2021. This deadline is approaching fast and applicants that do not complete training by this date are no longer eligible for the dispensary license lottery. 

Applications open December 1, 2021 and close December 14, 2021.

The lottery is scheduled to take place Spring 2022.
